Ademola A. Adeniran Esq; (Diploma-in-Law, LL.B, BL,)

Ademola is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with over 15 years of active law practice. One of his areas of specialty is Property Law and Compliance (which includes but not limited to) negotiation of rent and sale/purchase prices, management of properties and facilities, preparation of requisite Legal documents On property/Land transactions, issuance of requisite notices for eviction, recovery of rent owed, as well as litigation and out-of-court settlement of general property and land transactions for Public institutions, Corporate entities, families and individuals.

Moses Barnabas

Holds a National Diploma in Estate Management and Valuation from The Nigerian Army Institute of Technology and Environmental Studies (NAITES), Makurdi Benue State. He is also undergoing a course in Conflict Resolution and Management. Moses is involved with the day to day activities of the company; his experience includes conducting property viewing with prospective tenants and buyers, taking inventories of dilapidated property for renovation. Assisting in conducting inspections for property valuation and property management. Moses Barnabas is an associate partner at the firm.
